  • Return postage is at the customers expense.

  • No returns if items are not faulty, this is classed as change of mind.

  • Please do not accept items damaged it transit or post, Please take a photo prior to unwrapping or unboxing and contact us immediately.
    Please contact us Here. Photos are proof damage happened in the post.

  • Warranty or Faulty items will need to be returned to manufacturers for assessment and or replacement.
    Please note warranty actions take time, in some cases items need to be returned to America or other overseas areas and can easily take weeks to turn around.
    We can not speed up this process! We have tried.

    Pricing and Stock availability

     
  • Our Pricing is updated daily from distributors Australia Wide.
    When a distributor updates their price it is reflected automatically within a 24 hour period on our site.
    Items we can no longer access are automatically removed within 14 days* of the distributors no longer supplying.
    If you have ordered an item and we can no longer source that item we will contact you and a full refund will be given.

    * some items are excluded such as genuine power supplies, batteries and container items (items that need to be built) however, we contact customer regarding these items for ETA's.
